Shipping/Delivery Options

Turnaround

Orders are shipped within 24 business hours (Business hours are Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm PT). Orders placed on or near holidays may have extended turnaround time.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
UPS
FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

 

Sales Tax

Sales taxes are not generally applicable to sales of food products. However, in the event your purchase includes taxable items, State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within our home States of Arizona and California. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by the Company. If you have a question about sales tax, please contact the Company via e-mail.

Payment Policy

Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon placing the order. Sales tax, if applicable and shipping charges will be added to your order. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged. 

Return Policy

Full refunds are provided for products returned to the Company via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the order number. 

Return Exceptions

Food items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

We respect and value your privacy. You may visit our web site at any time and your identifying personal information will be used only to support the relationship between you and our store. In this regard, we guarantee that we will not sell or provide your personal information, either in whole or in part, to anyone for any reason, unless required to do so by order of law. Security Information

We endeavor to provide you with full protection surrounding any personal information such as your name and contact information, including your mailing address, contact telephone number/s, and other pertinent identifying information you may provide to us in order to serve your needs. In addition, we use the latest and most up-to-date security software to encrypt your payment information, including your personal and credit card data. Credit Card Processing Policy

We work to protect the security of your information so that no part of your Credit Card can be read during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypting software. Credit Card payments are processed only when your have completed placing your order. At this time we will notify you that the order has been processed and your Credit Card has been charged. If you have any questions about the charges on your Credit Card, please contact us via e-mail and provide us with your name and your Order Number.
