1)Do you sprout your nuts?

To me there is a BIG difference between sprouting and soaking nuts. We do not sprout our nuts but we do soak our almonds, walnuts, and cashews to break down the enzyme inhibitors. We do not soak the pecans and macadamia nuts.

2)What temperature do you dehydrate your products at?

Our products are dehydrated at between 110-118 degrees.

3)Is your kitchen truly gluten free?

Yes, we do not share a kitchen or store any ingredients other than those used in out products. We do not have any wheat, soy, dairy, or grains at allin our facility.

4)What makes your granola different from other granolas and why is it so much more expensive?

The main difference between out products and others on the market is that it is made of nuts, dried fruit, and seeds, there are no grains at all. Due to the fact that the main ingredients in all of our products are organic nuts it cost us much more to make a bag than if we used oats as the main ingredient. Another factor is being a small producer we do not have the ability to buy our ingredients in massive quantities which would reduce our cost in turn reducing your cost. As we grow we will able to get better prices and as a result lower our cost to the consumer. We are diligently working on growing our company and securing better pricing on our raw ingredients, I promise you as we are able to accomplish this we will pass the saving on to you, the consumer.

All orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following day.

Orders place after 12pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
